Sam Sharma, co-founder of Prato Custom Designs Inc. has been using his determination, enthusiasm, and talent to ensure Canadians are living within their perfect homes. With over 15 combined years of experience in the Security Alarm and the Real Estate industry, Sam has made it his goal and expertise to ensure that the 'needs' of homeowners are always met. His experience, work ethic and goodwill within his significant client base speaks for itself. He has also served on the MTCC-919 Condominium Board of Directors as a Vice President for over 9 years. He is a proud recipient of awards; Home-Life Silver Merit Award (2016), Bronze Home-Life Real Estate Agent Award (2014) and the Counterforce Excellence in Security Service Award.

Innocenzo Prato, co-founder of Prato Custom Designs Inc. is a leader in anything construction. Having worked for 33 years in Construction, Land Development and City Consulting. He carries a level of experience matched only by a few in the industry. He is a licensed master electrician and his work specializes in renovations, all types of concrete work and architectural custom designs.
